Why Koozy Pools?
We foster relationships with every client like they are our neighbor. We provide transparent, detailed plans and summaries for every visit because we want to make sure our clients know what is happening with their pool currently, as well as what needs to be in the plans for the future to ensure a lifetime worth of backyard memories.
What is a service agreement?
We don’t believe any homeowner should be legally bound to a contract requiring someone into their own backyard, so a service agreement is more like a list of expectations that all parties involved have agreed too.
When and how will I be billed?
Our billing platform will send you an email asking you to create your customer portal and to set up payment. We take three forms of payment: ACH, Credit Card, and debit. You will receive an email prompting you to choose your payment type and to set up automatic payments if you so choose. Please keep in mind that you will be charged a 3% fee for paying by credit card. Billing will occur on the first of every month.
What if it rains on my service day?
In case of bad weather, you will still receive service, but it is altered to keep our techs safe. Our “Rainy Day Service” occurs with heavy rain and downpour, or with lighting within a 10-mile radius. This service includes water testing, chemical balancing and emptying of all traps.
Can I choose my weekly service day?
While we take customer preference into consideration, we cannot accommodate all requests. Days are chosen specifically to keep routes consolidated and keep the cost down for all clients.
What holidays will I miss service?
The following holidays are observed, and pools will not receive service:
- New Year’s Eve
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Week of Thanksgiving
- Week of Christmas
What if I have a pool emergency and don’t know what to do?
When in doubt, turn all equipment off at either the controller or at the circuit breaker in the electrical panel. Then, call or text Robert at 832-965-9261 and he will reach out swiftly to help rectify the situation.
